  Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with their service and product the jetpack, I was totally mislead by its capabilities from the start. I took the device back within the time limit and lone and behold had a restocking fee that Noone told me about. Then to find out down the line they never disconnected my services like they told me they had done and was still be charged for a product I had returned. They couldn't refund me without talking to the manager and promised me multiple times they would call me back. They also said it would for sure be resolved right away.They never did, the following day I get ahold of them to be disconnected multiple times with a different story then yesterday. Now It would be resolved on Monday possibly. I finally got frustrated and called verizon customer service and finally got the whole situation resolved in a matter of minutes. I also was instructed to see a corporate store for my future needs. One more thing my mother just found out she is also being charged for the same product (the jetpack) that she took back a long time ago also.
