  Sat in the lobby for over an hour (when I arrived I was the 2nd in the store when they opened) and watched as they helped all who came after me.......I guess fixing broken phones is more important than selling 4 $800 phones......DON'T GO TO HERE! take the extra time and go to TCC cellular on Main St in and out with 4 new phones in less 30 mins or less! Plus the staff is amazing!

  It seems the young employees are bored to death and most of them have no idea how to do treat a customer. Probably not trained well by their management. I always like to give local stores my business but this was just a painfulI experience and a vaste of my time. I ended up calling Verizon directly and received very satisfying and professional service, so I bought my new iPhone X through them.
